REFUND POLICY

I am super reasonable and I want to work with you!

Punch-needle Pillows:

If the fabrics, colours, word or name does not match the order you placed, feel free to send a message and I will happily remake another. 

You are welcome to keep, sell, gift the incorrect pillow. 

If you would rather a refund due to any of the above errors, a complete refund including all shipping costs will be provided once the incorrect pillow is sent back to me. 

Unfortunately if you have misspelled your order a refund will not be applied.


Custom Cushion Covers:


If the word/name, fabric or colours on the cushion cover are inconsistent to the order you placed, I am happy to offer a complete refund including all shipping costs. 

A full refund including shipping costs will be provided once the cushion cover has been returned to me.

Once the cut-off date is reached for pre-orders, your order cannot be changed and a refund will not be given if you change your mind after this date.  

Unfortunately if you have misspelled your order a refund will not be applied.

Change of mind:

A refund will not be given in the case of 'change of mind'. This includes if you change your mind about the colours, word/name, or fabrics you have chosen once an order has had been started, completed or reached the cut-off date for any changes.

Care:


Refunds will not be provided if incorrect aftercare is applied, resulting in a faulty item. 

Other:

If there is any other reason you are unhappy with your order, feel free to message and I will be more than happy to work out a solution. 

If an order can be remedied before it is made e.g spelling, colours, fabric, I will definitely aim to make that happen. Unfortunately once a pillow or cushion cover is in progress it cannot be changed.
